Title: Sakharov's Layer Cake

This was the title of one of the first designs for the hydrogen bomb. It's a sweet little name for a "weapon of mass destruction." Quite ironic, and you know I love irony.

Title: Self Portrait

At the time I did this painting, I was adamantly against ever going to college. I'm still shakey about it today, but I have finally decided that I am going to go. Everyone in art class was so incredilby nasty about the issue, telling me I would never amount to anything if I didn't go, that I'd just end up a bum on a street corner (which is an image that perhaos I've always idolized in my own strange way). And so this is a would-be me, twenty years down the road. The dog's sign says "Please Help."

Title: Bald Vagina

This is a take on an Andy Warhol silk screen. It was an image that was so beautiful to me that I had to have one of my own. It's quite different from the original, but it hangs in my room today.

Title: Exile from Eden
24 by 32
More religion. I believe that I'm obsessed with almost anything written in the bible. This is my depiction of Adam and Eve high tailing it out of Eden. A parody as you might say. Words: divine, 'Get Out (you know too much!), Rex, Eden, remote, 'bitch,' fist, devil (serpent), knowledge, 'Veracco...no!'

An examply of my fervent belief that there is beauty in everything, and if not beauty then irony.
